IECEx Recognised Training Providers
The following organisations have been reviewed by IECEx and recognised under the IECEx Recognised Training Provider Program as having implemented processes to manage and provide training services related to the selection, design, inspection, installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul and reclamation of equipment operating in explosive (Ex) atmospheres.
Many organizations offer training in Ex technologies however not all of these offer training aligned with the structure and requirements of IECEx OD 503 and IECEx OD 504 that support the IECEx Certified Persons Scheme.
The awarding of Recognised Training Provider (RTP) status to an organisation indicates their commitment to provide relevant training services on the basis that these have been reviewed in accordance with IECEx Operational Document OD 521. Training organisations interested in seeking IECEx RTP Status should consult IECEx Operational Document OD 521 for details.
The training provided by an RTP is to enhance the knowledge of the applicant and prepare them for assessment under the IECEx CoPC Scheme, should they wish to obtain an IECEx Certificate Personnel Competence from an IECEx Certification Body approved to conduct the necessary assessment of competence.
A record of attendance at training with an RTP cannot be interpreted as any form of certification or attestation of competence nor any evidence that competence has been assessed according to IECEx CoPC Scheme requirements.
