The following organisations have successfully completed the IECEx assessment process. They are approved to operate within the IECEx Certified Service Facility Scheme and to issue a Facility Assessment Report (FARs) and a Certified Service Facility Certificate. The reports are presented as controlled documents on the IECEx "On-Line" Certificate System (OCS).

Note: The acronyms included in the Name field below are previous CBs names that may exist on certificates and reports, the CB noted is responsible for those reports.
